The Weapon of a Jedi

One of the things that can be challenging with being an illustrator is have to be able to pretty much draw anything. It is a lesson I learnt very early on when I started to get into comics, I used to spend ages drawing the heroes and very little time on the tables and chairs that they will share a panel with. With that in mind, and hopefully a bit more exciting than a chair, here is an 'object' illustration for a Star Wars themed trading/gaming card called, the Weapon of a Jedi:

This image is inspired by the scene in The Empire Strikes Back when Luke Skywalker is hanging upside-down awaiting the be lunch for a Hoth Wampa, and his lightabre is stuck in the snow out of reach dropped by the young hero as he was 'glued' to the roof of the wampa's cave.
